transition stage between preheat and

gallons.
2. Check to verify the MediQA/MROZ
was operating during the preheat
phase to fill the tank to the set limit.
3. Check the data log to verify the
temperatures during preheat met the
set temps for recirculation set point
during “Tank Preheat” or sanitization
temp during “Heatsan Operation”.
4. Check that the breaker for each of
the 3 heaters are not switched off.
1. Check drain valve is not leaking
2. Check for unit leaks.
3. Re check default settings match those
stated in manual.
4. Check operation of pressure
transmitter.
5. Check that all heaters are ON.
6. Check that there is enough Preheat
Time to raise the water temp to
Sanitization Value.
7. Verify if any of the Setup Settings been
changed recently.
“System fault”
1. If any ALARM is detected while the
Heatsan is in Operation.

1. Check ALARM log for latest registered
ALARM. Reset / repair as necessary.
“Drain
operation
failed”
1. Pressure level transmitter detected
positive water volume at end of drain
period.
1. Drain valve failure.
2. Drain line blocked or restricted.
3. Check for water standing in tank.
1. Check mechanical operation of valve
and electrical connection to coil.
2. Ensure drain line is free from any
obstructions.
3. Calibration values for the Tank level
sensor may need adjusted to account for
changes in elevation/barometric
pressure.
“Heatsan to RO
Interface:
Power supply
fault”
1. Heatsan to RO Interface enclosure has
a malfunction.
1. Check if Heatsan to RO Interface is
plugged into the wall.
2. Check if ZINT is plugged into the
Heatsan to RO Interface.
3. Open enclosure and check if “DC
OK” wire is loose or frayed.
4. Check if 24V DC between terminals
on power supply inside enclosure.
1. Plug in.
2. Plug in.
3. Replace wire.
4. Replace power supply.
