Adjusting or Removing the Centre
Smartfloor Seat
In order to make room in the vehicle for the wheelchair-
bound passenger, the centre Smartfloor seat can be ad-
justed or removed.
WARNING!
Risk of injury or accidents through uncontrolled movements
of the centre seat.
If the centre seat is not correctly engaged and locked in po-
sition, this can cause uncontrolled movements of the seat
when the vehicle is in motion. This can result in injuries and
accidents.
Therefore:
Always make certain that the centre seat is correctly en-
gaged and locked in position.
WARNING!
Risk of injury or accidents through uncontrolled movements
of the centre seat.
If the centre seat is used by a passenger, even though it is
not is not pushed back to the rear stop, the seat can move
uncontrollably when the vehicle is in motion and cause injury
or accidents.
Therefore:
Always make certain that the centre seat is pushed right
back to the rear stop if it is to be used by a passenger.
WARNING!
Risk of injury through uncontrolled movements of the centre
seat.
If the centre seat is adjusted when the vehicle is in motion,
it can move suddenly and unexpectedly, e.g. when braking.
This can result in injuries.
Therefore:
Never adjust the centre seat when the vehicle is in mo-
tion.
Remember that the centre seat must be right back
against the rear stop if it is to be used by a passenger.
