15 Safety regulations
Safety regulations (VBG 14) in extract:
§45 operating insructions
Note during operation of lifting devices the operating intructions.
§46 appropriation
(3) Lifting devices which stands in the traffic or rise into the traffic space have to protect in a right
manner.
§47 manipulation and behaviour during the operation
(1) Lifting devices don´t have to load over the allowed loading.
(3) Get on/down lifting devices only by the allowed entrance.
(5) While all moves of the lifting device the staff have to observe that there not endanger himself and
other persons (pets).
(6) It´s not allowed to stay unnecessary in/on the moving area of lifting devices.
Further not allowed is:
1. to stay under the lifting platform,
2. the using as a lift brigde for works if the lifting device is not designed for it.
§51 Abandom operation
Forced lifting devices have to secured after abandom operation against unallowed using.
Warning about remaining risks remaining risks are not to shuts out, therefore:
Caution!
Assembly work have to carry out only by qualified staff. The relevant safety instructions
must be observed.
Qualification, training, incorporation of the staff
Only trained members of staff or staff under the instrcution of a qualified person may operate the lift.
We don´t assume any liability for any damage resulting from improper operation.

accidents!
The lift operator is responsible for observing the following safety functions- and regulations and should
have instructions for this purpose!
Particulary important informations in this operating instructions have been marked by the following

Under the denomination attention special procedures have been listed
which must be observed in order to avoid damages to the lift or to the vehicle!
Warning!
A warning indicate special measures which must be observed absolutely in order to avoid
injuries!
