23 Transportation
Qualification of the staff
Only trained or properly instructed staff may load, unload and transport the lift. The minimum legal age
must be observed. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper transportation.
Notes of safety regulations, warning of danger
The lift must be carefully fixed and secured to the lifting equipment for loading and unloading to avoid
any dangerous situations. Only suitable lifting equipment and load suspension devices with sufficient
carrying capacity; and which are in perfect working order may be used.
Caution!
It is not permitted to work or stand below suspended loads.
General notes
The following steps must be taken before starting assembly:
• Check that the machine parts to be assembled are complete with the help of the shipping notes
and assembly plans.
• Visuelly inspection of the machine parts for any damage.
• Check that the place of assembly has a sufficient carrying capacity and spatial assembly possibi-
lities.
• Clarify what measures have to be taken in emergency situations, such as accidents or fires, etc.

Caution!
• Wear safety and protective clothing when carrying out assembly work and only use safety devices
in perfect working order. The relevant safety instructions must be observed.
• Only qualified personal have to connecting up the lift.

Only trained members of staff or staff under the instruction of a qualified person may assemble the lift.

which are in perfect working order may be used. The relevant safety instructions must be observed.
1.) Prepare vehicle floor.
2.) Arrange the lift into the vehicle as shown in assembly drawing and drill lift mounting holes (d 11mm)
for bolts M10x30-8.8. (See drawing)
3.) Mounting the bolts M10x30-8.8 (ISO 4014) with plates (DIN 125) and nuts (ISO 4032).
