SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE

Adapter is loose in rail
Loose mounting configuration Tighten set screws and refer to instructions
(Installation to Mounting Platform).
Top or bottom post is loose on extension
Improper installation to posts
Remove screws and refer to instructions (Assembling
Posts to Swivel Disks).
Adapter cannot raise or lower
Channel stoppers engaged
Ensure channel stopper is unfastened and removed
prior to rail installation. Reinstall upon completion.
