步骤1：选取合适线缆，按照下表尺寸剥离绝缘皮和外皮 ，并将屏蔽线反折，修剪保留屏蔽14

Step 1: Take an appropriate cable, strip off the jacket and insulation according to the dimensions listed below,
and fold back the braiding wire on cable jacket. Trim and keep the braiding wire to 14±1mm. We need prepare
2 PCS cables for this connector.

步骤2：将HV连接器所带的图示配件分别套入两根线材中。
Step 2: Insert the illustrated accessories of the HV connector into the two cables.

步骤3：将HV连接器所带的压接铜套套入线材屏蔽反折处，铜套边缘与外被口平齐，用免换模压接机压紧它，压完
后铜套不应移位，拉力大于
150N
，注意压接位置正确，推荐压接高度参照下页。
Step 3: Put the Pressure ring of the HV connector on the braiding, The edge of the pressure ring is flush with the
jacket then crimp it use a mold free machine. After crimp, the pressure ring should not shift, the pull force is
greater than 150N, pay attention to the correct crimping position, recommended crimping height refer to the next
page.
