 warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. 

The 

STELLA

 rollator has a lifetime warranty on the aluminum frame and cross-braces,  

5 years on the brake handles and a 12-month warranty on all other parts. Parts subject to 
wear or misuse such as upholstery, handgrips and wheels are excluded from warranty.
If this product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced according to the 
manufacturer’s decision. This warranty does not cover freight or labor charges incurred 
during the repair or replacement of this product.

was assembled according to these standards and inspected carefully before delivery. This 
limited warranty represents our confidence in our materials and workmanship. 
For service, contact the dealer where you purchased this product.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may contact us directly. If you need to contact 
us, you must have the product name, serial number, date of purchase and the dealer name. 

DO NOT

 return any products without prior authorization. This warranty does not cover
