H. DUAL-POST HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE ARM RESTS
The dual-post flip-back armrest can be used as
either a flip-back armrest or a removable armrest.
1. Installing Armrest
a.
Insert front and rear posts into armrest receivers.
b.
Engage lever (A) and insert the rear safety pin (B).
2. Set-up for Flip-back Operation
a.
Disengage lever (A) so front post is able to come free.
b.
Armrest now has the ability to be flipped back without
removal.
3. Set-up for Removal
a.
Disengage levers (A) and pull out
the rear safety pin (B) so both front and
rear posts are able to come free.
b.
Armrest can now be easily
removed for transferring.
4. Height-Adjustment
a.
Release the upper securing lever (C).
b.
Set at desired height.
c.
Return securing lever to locked position.
d.
Move armrest up or down to allow armrest to snap into
place.
I. SEAT DEPTH
The seat depth can be adjusted in one inch increments on
standard rehab seating.
1. Seat Frame Depth Adjustment
a.
To adjust, loosen the two bolts (A & B) of the backrest
pivot plate on each side of the seat.
b.
Reposition the backrest to the desired position.
c.
Retighten bolts on each side of the backrest pivot plate.
2. Back Angle Adjustment on Seat Frame
a.
Remove the front securing bolt (C) on the side of the
backrest pivot plate.
b.
Loosen the lower rear bolt (D)
c.
Set at desired angle. There are ten holes (in 4º incre-
ments) to choose from.
WARNING
d.
Reinstall the front bolts and tighten both bolts securely.
Make sure back canes and pivot plate cannot slide out of the
side rails when in tilt position for example.
