Chapter 2 :

 

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

INPUTS

:

Computer and video input selection.
Pre-select an input with its corresponding push button (LED = blinking) and push on the CUT
button to display the input (LED = ON).

AUDIO MUTE

:

Switch to turn OFF the audio output.

EFFECT:

Switching effect selection. See Chapter 3 :OPERATING MODE.

(CUT / FADE / TITLE)

TAKE

:

Switches between 2 input sources. See Chapter 3 :OPERATING MODE.

SELECT

:

IMAGE ADJUST

 selection (Short push).

IMAGE PRESET

 (Long push = 3 seconds), allows to recall the factory values of the

CONTRAST, BRIGHTNESS and HUE for the selected (displayed) input.

-, +/ON

:

Push buttons to increase or decrease the level of each image adjustments.

MIN / MAX

 LED:

 LED ON = Adjustments' limits have been reached,

 LED BLINKING = Level is increased or decreased.

IMAGE ADJUST

:

Adjustments are active only for the selected (displayed) Video input. Choose an adjustment
with the SELECT button and control the level  with the - & +/ON switches :

 CONTRAST:

Contrast adjustment.

 BRIGHTNESS: Brightness adjustment.

 HUE:

Tint of picture (NTSC only) adjustment.

 AUDIO OUT:

Main audio level adjustment (MASTER VOLUME).

 FADE DELAY: Fading time adjustment (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 sec.).

 BREAKAWAY: LED "ON (+)" is OFF 

 Auto follow mode, LED "ON (+)" is ON 

The audio of the selected input is permanently diffused.

MANUAL FADE

:

2 Push buttons to manually Fade between two input sources.

NOTE:

The CONTRAST, BRIGHTNESS, and HUE are not available for a selected computer input (displayed).

NOTE:

Pushing quickly on the -/+ push buttons allows to quickly move the adjustments (5 by 5 steps).
