2) Do not expose this power supply to rain or snow. 
 
3) Use of an attachment not recommended or sold by the power supply manufacturer may 
result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. 
 
4) Do not disassemble this power supply; take it to a qualified serviceman when service or 
repair is required.  Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire. 
 
5) To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug this power supply from the outlet before attempting 
any maintenance or cleaning.  Turning off the controls will not reduce this risk. 

 
 

GROUNDING AND AC POWER CORD CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS

  — The plug must be 

plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with al local codes and 
ordinances.

 — Never alter AC cord or plug provided — if it will not fit outlet, have proper cord 

installed by a qualified electrician.  Improper connection can result in a risk of an electric shock.

failure of the life support device or to significantly affect its safety or effectiveness.
