IMPORTANT NOTE: To 
keep top from spinning, 
stake the guys in the “X” 
position shown with dashed 
lines until the center poles 
are up.  Then, undo the “X” 
staking and position the 
guys as shown in solid lines.  
(Typ. each end).

For 8’-0” Side Pole 
Height.  Stake guys out 
at 1’-0” less than Side 
Pole Height.

(2) Web Guys with 
(1) 4’ Stake Bar and 
(6) Stakes. (typ. at 
laces)

Stake and Pole Layout for Tent: 

Using the Installation Layout Cable and/or the staking 

layout appropriate for your size tent, mark placement of Center Poles, Side Poles and Stakes.  
See separate instructions for Installation Layout Cable use.
