RR1001 HOSPITALITY UNIVERSAL REMOTE 

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

 
Note: The RR1001 is preprogrammed to control LG & Vizio TVs. 

Direct Code Entry Method 

1.  Press and hold the 

SET 

and 

POWER

 buttons simultaneously for 3 

seconds;

the indicator light shall remain on; then release the buttons.   

2.  Enter the 4-digit code corresponding to the brand of your TV. After a 

valid code entry, the indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the indicator 
flashes 4 times quickly, then exits setup mode.   

 
NOTE:

 After entering setup mode, if without pressing any button for 10 

seconds, the remote shall quit the setup mode. 
 

Code Search Entry Method 

1.  Turn on your TV. 
2.  Press and hold the 

SET 

and 

POWER 

buttons simultaneously for 3 

seconds; the indicator light shall remain on; then release the buttons.   

3.  Continuously press and release 

CH+

 (or 

CH-

 to go backwards) to scan 

through the codes.   

4.  If the TV is controlled (by changing the channel), press 

ENTER

 to save 

the code.   

 
NOTE:

 After entering code setup mode, if without pressing any button for 10 

seconds, the remote shall quit the setup mode. 
 

Code Search Entry (Automatic Method) 

1.  Turn on your TV. 
2.  Press and hold the 

SET

 button for 6-7 seconds; the indicator light shall 

remain on; then release the button. Now the remote is in the automatic 
code searching. Wait. 

3.  When the TV is controlled (by turning off), press 

SET

 button to lock in 

the code. Your remote is now programmed. Test and make sure all 
buttons work properly. If not, repeat from step 1.   
 

Quick Program using Brand Buttons from Chart 

1.  Turn on your TV.

2.  Press and hold the 

SET

 and the respective TV brand button (

0-9 keys,
