Feed plastic tassels of blind cords one at a time through grommet in
insect screen frame.

Position top of insect screen into head stop route. Lift up on lift bar
at bottom of insect screen and position bottom of insect screen into
sill stop route.
Close and lock sash. Check for proper operation. Secure blind cords
to lift cord retainer cleat.
Turn tilt control knob
clockwise to close
blinds. Turn counter-
clockwise to open
blinds.
Apply downward
tension on cords to
raise blinds. Hold
blinds in raised
position by wrapping
cords around the lift
cord retainer cleat.
Unwrap cords from
lift cord retainer cleat
and release tension to
lower blinds.

Lift cord retainer cleat
must
be located within 4” of cord inlet to blind
panel and not impede blind panel removal. Predrill hole in extension
jamb or appropriate surface and fasten lift cord retainer cleat using
#6 x 3/4” pan head screw.
