Definition: This parameter determines whether the ON/OFF controll is
active or not. A “0” de-selects the controller, while a “1”
will bring up the remainder of options.

NOTE: Toggling this value will immediately move to the STLR
menu system. Given we are making a change that may
adversely affect the system, the user is reminded to verify
the STLR setpoints before proceeding.
