After installation (chapt. 7), before to supply air to the pump, confirm
that the ball valve is open and the air regulator is adjusted to 0 bar.

Immerse the suction hose in the contai-
ner, containing cleaning liquid.

Open the drain valve for fluid recir-
culation.

Set the pressure regulator up slowly, to the minimum pressure required for
the straight and alternate movement of the piston.

After flushing, discharge the used deter-

Close the drain valve.

Flow out the cleaning liquid from spray
gun.

Reset the air regulator to 0 bar.
CLOSE
ATTENTION!
THE PUMP MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE USING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, AFTER
WORKING AND AFTER ANY COLOUR CHANGE.
