After Flushing (see 10.1), before to supply air to the pump, confirm that
the ball valve is open and the air regulator is adjusted to 0 bar.

Immerse the suction hose in the con-
tainer, containing paint.

Open the drain valve for recircula-
tion of fluid.

Set the pressure regulator up slowly, to the minimum pressure required for
the straight and alternate movement of the piston.

Ensure that the paint comes out from re-
circulation hose, then close the drain valve.

Adjust the air pressure regulator, to the collect FLUID WORKING
PRESSURE.

Adjust the air pressure regulator to
collect ATOMIZING PRESSURE.
8
When finished to spray, set the air pressure regulator of the pump at less
than 1 bar, then repeat the instruction from points 5 to 8 on page 13.
