SERVICING
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR SERVICING
Keep the appliance at peak effi
ciency by carrying
out the scheduled servicing procedures recom-
mended by the manufacturer. Proper servicing
will allow the best performance, a longer work-
ing life and constant maintenance of safety re-
quirements.
Important
Before carrying out any servicing procedure,
activate all the safety devices provided and
decide whether staff at work and those in the
vicinity should be informed.
In particular, turn off the gas and water sup-
ply taps, cut off the electricity supply using
the master switch and prevent access to all
devices that might cause unexpected health
and safety hazards if turned on
.
Also make sure that during the maintenance
procedure, that the operator is always able to
check whether the plug is disconnected from
the power outlet.
Every 100
working
hours
have skilled, authorised
personnel carry out the following operations.
– A check on the gas pressure and system
tightness.
– A check on the effi
ciency of the safety ther-
mocouple.
– check that the electrical system is in good
working order.
CHECKING GAS PRESSURE
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1)
Turn off the gas supply tap.
2)
Open the hatch

3)
Undo the screws to remove the drain lever
(B)

4)
Undo the screws to remove t panel
(C)
.
5)
Undo the screw
(D)
of the pressure measure-
ment point (intake pressure).
6)
Connect the pressure gauge
(E)
to the pressure
test point.
7)
Turn the gas supply tap back on.
8)
Light the burner and turn the knob
(F)
to the
full fl ame setting ( See paragraph “switching
the appliance on and off ” of the User instruc-
tions manual.).
9)
Check that the pressure reading complies
with the values provided in the table at the
back of the manual.
10)
Turn off the burner, disconnect the pressure
gauge and restore the initial conditions after
completing the operation.
