Important
The connection must be made by authorised,
skilled personnel, in accordance with the re-
levant legal requirements, using appropriate
and specifi ed materials. The appliance is sup-
plied with operating voltage 230V/1N 50Hz
(220V/1N 60Hz available on request).
Caution - Warning
Before doing any work, cut off the mains
electricity supply.
Connect the appliance to the mains electricity
supply as follows.
1)
If not already present, install a circuit-breaker

with overload cutout and residual current
safety breaker close to the appliance

.
2)
Undo the screws

to remove the lid
(D)

3)
Connect the circuit-breaker
(A)
to the terminal
boards
(E)
of the appliance as shown in the
diagram and in the electrical system diagram
at the back of the manual. Use a fl exible cable
with at least type H07RN-F characteristics,
rated for an operating temperature of at least
80°C.
Important
When connecting, take care over the connec-
tion of the neutral and earth wires; if they are
not connected correctly, the burner does not
light.
5 - Replace the lid

and fi x it with the screws

on completion of the operation.
6 - Close the hatch

Connecting to a fan extractor hood
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1)
Position the appliance un-
derneath the hood
(A)
as
shown in the diagram.
Important
The gas supply tap must
open automatically when
the fan of the extraction sy-
stem is switched on.
Important
Make the connection in compliance with the
relevant legal requirements, using appropria-
te and recommended materials.
