21. TENSION SETTING OF TIMMING BELTS OF X AND Y AXIS
Tension setting of timming belts is electronically adjusted in advance by production
department. You have to keep correct tension during the changing or necessary adjustment
of timming belts.
If the bel tis loosen, there isnt power transfer and there is a danger of
collision of moving parts. On the contrary, if the bel tis too tighten, it can caused motor
resonance.
A.
Timming belt 1, fig. 55, of X axis has frecuency
from 150 to 180 Hz. The
tension of the belt can be regulated by the movement of holder 2 where is
situated tension screw which is, supported by the arm of the machine. Motor and
timming belt can be reached after taking off back cover of the machine head

B. Timming belt 3, fig. 56, of Y axis has frecuency from 210 to 230 Hz. The
tension of the belt can be regulated by the movement of holder 4 where is
situated tension screw which is, which is supported by the main holder
.
The
movement is transfered from the shaft 7 to timing belt 5. There are two timming
belts, one on the right, one on the left. Frag. 56 shows just only the left one.
The have 50Hz of
t
he frecuency.The tension of the belt can be regulated by
the movement of
holder 6 where is situated tension screw. The timming belt 3 can
be reached after taking off cover under the back table.
