10. Troubleshooting

The appliance is 

not working. 

The plug is not inserted into a mains 

power point. 

Connect the plug to the power point 

and switch on. 

The appliance is defective.

Turn the temperature control to a 

higher cooling level. 

Check if there is a power failure. 

Wait until the power resumes.

Close the door or make sure that you 

do not open it too often as the interior 

temperature rises each time. 

The set cooling level is too low. 

Select a higher cooling level. 

Door Rubber seal is not sealing

Clean or replace door seal. 

Not Enough ventilation around the

This is the same result as the 

condensation formed when chilled 

water is poured into a glass. It does not, 

therefore, indicate a malfunction

A sound like water flowing is the 

refrigerant flowing. 

It does not indicate a malfunction 

There are loud 

operating noises 

The appliance is not standing level. 

Compensate for any unevenness in the 

floor by using the adjustable feet 

The appliance is touching the wall or 

some other object 

Set up the appliance so that it has a 

minimum clearance of 5 cm on all 

sides. 

The cabinet’s 

side panel heats 

up 

The side panel of the cabinet will heat 

up when the door is opened or closed 

frequently, when starting the unit and 

when the unit operates in summer with 

high ambient outside temperature 

In such cases, do not touch the panel. 

It results from the dissipation of the 

heat from inside the cabinet, and it 

does not indicate a malfunction with the
