RCPWT63 Wainwright 6’ Picnic Table and Benches Set
TABLE ASSEMBLY:
7. Locate the four 3” carriage bolts and insert
them through the two center mounting holes
on each of the table end caps, through the
center plank, and through the table support.
Insert 2.5” carriage bolts through the
remaining holes in the table end caps. Put a
flat washer and a flanged nut on the end of
each of the 3” carriage bolts. Put a flat
washer, lock washer, and hex nut on the end
of each of the 2.5” carriage bolts. Tighten
the hardware finger tight so adjustments can
be made while installing the Phillips head
screws.
NOTE: The 2.5” carriage bolts may need to
be set with the rubber mallet in order to
expose enough threads to install the
washers and hex nuts.
8. Using a driver with a No. 3 Phillips head bit,
drive a Phillips head screw through each of
the holes in the table brace and table
supports and into the matching pre-drilled
holes in the table planks.
