solar
collector.
The
solar
collector
is
designed
in
accordance
with
the
latest
technology
for
optimum
functionality,
durability
and
comfort.
Guarantee
terms
and
conditions
The
system
must
be
installed
and
commissioned
by
an
approved
technician.
We
issue
a
five
‐
year
guarantee
for
vacuum
tubes
and
a
two
‐
year
guarantee
for
other
parts.
If
you
are
making
a
claim
for
compensation
under
the
guarantee,
you
must
be
able
to
produce
proof
of
purchase,
completed
service
documentation
and
proof
to
show
that
the
product
has
been
installed
and
used
according
to
the
information
in
the
operating
and
installation
instructions.
If,
because
of
the
type
of
fault,
location,
access,
and
time
factor,
Jula
considers
repairs
on
site
to
be
impractical,
you
may
be
obliged
to
take
the
product
to
the
nearest
Jula
store
in
the
event
of
a
claim.
For
commercial
use
we
provide
a
one
‐
year
guarantee
for
manufacturing
faults
and
a
five
‐
year
guarantee
for
vacuum
tubes.

The
owner
of
the
business
is
responsible
for
ensuring
compliance
with
legal
and
regulatory
requirements.
The
guarantee
does
not
cover:
‐
Broken
glass
on
vacuum
tubes,
not
resulting
from
manufacturing
faults
‐
Internal
or
external
influence
for
which
the
product
is
not
designed
‐
Incorrectly
dimensioned
installations
and
damage
resulting
from
cold
weather
‐
Natural
disasters
‐
Overall
functionality
of
the
heating
system
‐
Damage
resulting
from
unsuitable
positioning
‐
Damage
resulting
from
incorrect
heating
medium
‐
Damage
resulting
from
defective
safety
valves
‐
Damage
resulting
from
abnormal
wear,
incorrect
or
inadequate
care
and
maintenance
It
is
very
important
to

the
operating
and
installation
instructions
before
starting
the
installation.

the
instructions
carefully,
step
by
step.
It
is
equally
important
to
read
these
operating
instructions
before
putting
the
system
into
operation.
This
is
our
guarantee
in
order
for
you
to
have

We

satisfied

Servicing
and
service
intervals
Servicing
must
be
carried
out
regularly,
at
least
every
other
year.
The
first
service
must
be
carried
out
within
one
year
of
installation
and
the
start
of
the
system.
Note
that
failure
to
carry
out
servicing
will
invalidate
the
guarantees.
The
items
under
the
heading
Information
on
maintenance
and
regular
inspection
which
the
installation
engineer
should
provide
to
the
user
of
the
system
must
be
checked
by
the
technician
during
servicing.
A
service
receipt
issued
by
the
technician
must
be
able
to
be
presented
on
request
to
Jula.
Other terms and conditions
Faults
shall
constitute,
in
accordance
with
a
professional
assessment
approved
by
Jula,
a
departure
from
the
normal
standard.
Faults
or
defects
resulting
from
abnormal
use,
both
mechanical
and
environmental,
are
not
covered
by
this
guarantee.
