3.8.1 Specification for Operation with PEEK
Dome
The following specification applies for operation of DHS 1100 with a PEEK dome:

All other specifications are the same as for DHS 1100 with graphite dome.
CAUTION
• For operation of DHS 1100 with PEEK dome,
the cooling nozzle must be mounted properly.
• If possible, limit the range for the temperature
set-point to the specified values in the soft-
ware that controls CCU 100.
• The range of the set-point SP in CCU 100
cannot be changed (Graphite Dome 25 -
1100 °C; PEEK dome 25 - 900 °C).
