Install the batteries:
Open the seat, open the cover of battery box, install 3AA batteries(1.5V, not provided),
pay attention to the positive and negative terminals of the batteries, cover the battery
box, cover the seat and lock it.
Function:
Connect the megaphone, press the red button with your finger, and speak by pointing
your mouth at the megaphone.
