Running
In this mode, inverter converts DC power from PV arrays to AC to feed into power
grid. Meanwhile, inverter continuously outputs max. energy by MPPT.
LCD on the inverter refreshes every two seconds on Running mode, so all
information is valid in current two seconds. There is default display and after 30
seconds entering into normal running, LCD will display default interface. As
shown in Fig. 6-1.
Fig. 6 -1: LCD default interface
Standby mode
After operation, if current on DC side is too low (almost 0A) for 20s, inverter will
enter into Stand-by mode from Running mode. In Stand-by mode, inverter tests
whether PV array meets needs of on-grid generating capacity condition
continuously, if reaches 300V and keeps for 20s, inverter will enter into Running
mode from Stand-by mode.
Fault mode
If a fault occurs during operation, the inverter will automatically stop operation,
disconnect the relay on AC side and keep the inverter’s main circuit away from the
grid. The system will continuously check whether the fault is solved. If not, it will
remain in Fault mode. If yes, it will start grid connecting generation after 20
seconds.
Shut down
Shutdown mode refers to artificial intervention to control the inverter shutdown.
It automatically cuts relay on AC side. This is not system fault.
