Purchase and have on site for training:

Bottle of CO2, gas feed, food grade or better. Minimum requirements are:
o
1-50lbs bottle for 5LD and 5x5LD, 2-50lbs bottles for 20LD, 2-75lbs bottles for 20x20LD
o
Distilled water and Propylene glycol 50/50 mix;
o
Total Gallons needed for system:
o
5LD – 4 gal, 5x5LD – 5 gal, 20LD – 5 gal, 20x20LD – 7 gal
o
Air compressor, air hose, and air blow gun;
1.6 gal. 1 HP Ultra Quiet Air Compressor
o
190 or higher proof ethanol
o
Future maintenance will require:
o
Shop Vacuum with a long, slim nozzle for removing material from extractor.
o
Gates Pencil Type Tension Tester, 30 lbs Deflection Force
o
o
Material to be extracted must be very dry (food dehydrator) and grinded (blender) to the consistence of coffee
grounds. Have ready the day of training as a courtesy to your trainer.
o

Onsite training is a 4 hour block of instruction that will go into detail the fundamentals of operation and maintenance
of each component of the system.
