Select a calibration reference file. For information on
creating a reference file, see Section 5.3.3, Creating or
Modifying a Calibration Reference File (.REF).

Enter reference matching and calibration criteria:
•
Minimum Intensity—Peaks must be above this
intensity to be considered a match. Select the unit
for Minimum Intensity, % Relative Intensity or
Absolute Counts.
•
Mass Tolerance—Peaks must be within this
tolerance of the theoretical m/z to be considered a
match. Select the unit, m/z or ppm.
