Charging
Operation
NOTE: Check that all accessories are included and undamaged. Protective cap,
Shaving foil (in frame), 2 cutting blades, Start/stop switch with travel lock, Socket for
AC adapter cable, Long-hair trimmer
Wall power power cord, cleaning brush, instructions for use.

The appliance should be charged for at least 16 hours before first use. Approx. 8
hours is sufficient for subsequent charging cycles.
•
In order to maximise the battery life, you should allow the battery to completely
discharge before recharging it.
•
The shaver runs on 1 NiMH high performance battery with protection against
overcharging. The battery can be recharged without a risk of overcharging or .
lowering performance.
•
Please note that the battery capacity will decrease during .Extended periods of
storage. For this reason, long recharging times should be avoided because of the
interruption between the charging and discharging cycles.
1. Place the shaver on a level surface.
2. Connect the wall power supply to the shaver.
3. Insert the wall power supply into an easily accessible power point.
4. The power ON/OFF (LED) lights up red during the charging process and as long
as the appliance is connected to the mains. The power ON/OFF (LED) goes out
when the device is switched on.
5. After the battery is fully charged, the appliance can be operated cordlessly for
about 30 minutes.
6. Unplug the power cable from the power point and from the shaver as soon as
the battery is fully recharged.
7. If your shaver stops during shaving due to its battery being insufficiently charged,
you can continue shaving by connecting it to a power point.

Do not operate the shaver if the shaving foil is damaged. Irrespective of the
charging state of the battery, you are always able to use the shaver connected to
the mains power.
1. In order to use the shaver connected to the mains power, ensure that the shaver
is switched off.
2. Connect the wall power supply to the shaver.
3. Insert the wall power supply into an easily accessible power point.
4. Take off the protective cap.
5. Use the on / off switch to switch on the shaver.
