SAFETY DIRECTIVES :

• Boat designed for voyages in protected waters only. Please use this boat on small lakes, rivers and canals in conditions of maximum wind force 4 winds and waves of up

to 0.50 m in height.

• This product is not a life raft.

• Sailing at sea more than 300 metres from a landing place (beach, port, island) is strictly forbidden.

• Never allow diving or jumping in this product.

• Never drag him behind a vehicle. For use under adult supervision only.

• The chambers must be inflated as indicated. Over-inflation of the product may cause the inner tubes to explode or damage the welds.

• A buoyancy aid is mandatory for each passenger.

• Make sure that at least 1 passenger can use the boat in case of emergency. Notify someone on land when you plan to return home.

• Be careful getting on and off the boat. Organize the weight of loads and accessories evenly on the boat.

• The total number of persons and the total weight must not exceed the limits indicated by the manufacturer.

• It is the responsibility of the boat owner to know and obey local and national safety laws before using the boat (decks, fences, lighting).

• Do not leave children unattended on the boat.

• Always make sure that a responsible person supervises people who cannot swim.

• Always keep safety equipment in an easily accessible location.

• Some household cleaning solvents, chemicals and other liquids (such as battery acid, oils and gasoline) can damage the fabric.

• Do not drag the boat on the ground, this can tear it. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by handling errors.

INSTALLATION :

•  Make sure that the place you have chosen does not risk damaging the boat: branches, stones...

•  Carefully unfold the boat, spreading the tubes and the ground... If the weather

allow

s

 it

, expose the unrolled boat to the sun for 1⁄2 hour, so that the fabric is more flexible.

•  Use a foot or hand pump to inflate the boat. Inflate all the tubes on the boat.

INFLATE :

•  Unscrew the valve cap and insert the inflator adapter.

•  After inflation, screw the valve cap on by hand. Warning: Do not over inflate and do not use a high pressure inflator.

•  Maximum air chamber pressure shall be 0.25 bar (3.6 PSI). The maximum pressure at the bottom of the boat shall be 0.

68

 bar (

10

 PSI).

DEFLATE :

• Unscrew the valve cap, press the deflation button and turn the valve clockwise 1/4 turn until it locks. Release the valve and the air will escape automatically. If you wish
to stop the deflation, press the deflation button and turn it counter-clockwise 1/4 turn. Deflation will be interrupted when the valve rises.

• Remove all accessories from the boat (fishing rods, oars, vests, bags ...).

• Open all valves and deflate the boat completely.

• Bend the boat. (Start on the opposite side of the valves to extract as much air as possible).

GENERAL MAINTENANCE :

• Clean your boat after each use. No lubrication or mechanical maintenance is required.

• Wash the exterior of the boat with a mild detergent and water, or use a sponge and mild soap. This will remove most traces.

• Do not use solvents to clean the boat, solvents can damage the hardware or plastic components of the system.

• Make sure the boat is completely clean and dry before storing it, otherwise mould may set in.

• If you find that the boat is getting a little soft, it may not be a leak. First, check that the valve safety or other valve is loose. If all the valves are in good condition, this may

be due to temperature differences: if the boat has been inflated during the day or the temperature is high and it is evening and it is cooler. The fabric may loosen due to

the fact that the tubes have been inflated for a long time, so the pressure may drop and the boat may appear soft.

• This boat is designed to be stored out of season. If you live in a temperate area where the boat will not be used year round, it is strongly recommended that you deflate

the boat and dry it completely and store it in a protected area for that period. This will extend the life of your boat.

REPAIRS :

• First, find the leak. Put soapy water on the suspected location. The leak will produce bubbles.

• Thoroughly clean the area around the leak to remove any dirt or grime.

• Cut a round piece of the fabric provided, larger than the size of the leak.

• Using a pencil, lightly trace the outline of the room.

• Apply the 1st layer of glue in a regular film on both sides to be joined, leave to dry for 10 min. Then apply the 2nd layer, leave to dry for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the

ambient conditions. (Do not sand the fabric). Caution: Toxic glue, irritating to eyes and respiratory tract and easily flammable.

• Place the part on the area to be repaired and hammer very strongly over the entire surface.

• Allow to dry for 12 hours and then check that the leak is repaired by keeping the boat inflated for several hours.
