The
Reef 500
is a
3-stage water treatment system for Reef aquaria up to 500 litres (approx. 125
gallons). It has been specifically developed for aquarium use, has been designed and manufactured
to the highest standards and has been extensively tested. If this filter system is used correctly, you
will be able to reduce organic substances and other waste products in your aquarium water to non-
toxic levels. The filtration system consists of a mechanical pre-filter, a motor-driven protein
skimmer and post-skimming trickle filter.
