Special Condition:
12 Months labour support, within 30kms of Aqua Pulse Spas at Unit 2/3333 Pacific Hwy Sacks Creek, for
warranty repairs is included from the original date of purchase on your receipt, non-warranty work will be
charged and payable to the attending technician. Travel time past 30kms will be charged at an hourly rate
to and from the site location of the spa.
Ten years on Spa Shell:
The spa shell is warranted against water loss due to defects in materials or workmanship for ten years
from the original date of purchase limited to the supply of parts only excluding labour.
Five years on Acrylic:
The Acrylic surface is warranted against water loss due to defects in materials or workmanship for five
years from the original date of purchase.
Your hard cover must always be on the spa when not in use, and the spa must always be filled with water.
Failure to do this can lead to melting, crazing and discoloration from exposure to the sun. This can occur
in as little as 10 minutes if your spa is left without water in it. Melting, crazing and discoloration is not
covered by this warranty.
Five years on Jet Faces:
The jet faces are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five years. Jets
must be returned to your local Aqua Pulse Spas dealer for inspection and replacement is limited to the
supply of parts only.
Two years on Pump Motors:
The pump motors are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for two years. Pump
Impellors, capacitors and seals are not covered under this warranty. Parts must be returned to your local
Aqua Pulse Spas dealer for inspection and replacement is limited to the supply of parts only excluding
labour.
One year on Control Box & Heater:
The control box & heater are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. Heaters are not
covered under this warranty if the cause of failure is due to poor water chemistry. Parts must be returned
to your local Aqua Pulse Spas dealer for inspection and replacement is limited to the supply of parts only
excluding labour.
One year on plumbing:
The plumbing is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for one year and is limited to the
supply of replacement parts only excluding labour. Tightening of barrel unions is not covered under this
warranty.
One year warranty on the following items:
Ozone unit, Air Blower, Synthetic Cabinet and Support frame. These items are warranted against defects
in material or workmanship for one year. Parts must be returned to your local Aqua Pulse Spa dealer for
inspection and replacement is limited to the supply of parts only excluding labour.
Other warranties:
DVD players, stereos and all entertainment equipment are warranted for one year and are limited to the
supply of replacement parts only excluding labour. Replaceable service items such as LED lights, lighting
looms, light switches, waterfalls, waterfall control handles, headrests, water diverters, air control handles,
aroma therapy fittings, hardcovers, fuses, bulbs, pressure switches, external drain fittings, pump seals,
pump impellors, pump capacitors, O rings, filter lids and filters are not covered unless faulty at time of
delivery and must be reported within seven days of the delivery to receive a warranty claim which is
limited to the supply of replacement parts only excluding labour.
