TROUBLESHOOTING
• Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as
these will dull the finish and void your warranty.
PROBLEM

Leak from under handle.
Trim cap has come loose.
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
Tighten the trim cap. Clean or
replace O-ring.
Aerator has an inconsistent
water flow pattern.
Aerator is dirty or misfitted.
Remove aerator, check for
debris in the aerator screens,
and confirm the rubber washer
is properly installed.
Water leaks from aerator
Cartridge needs to be replaced. Remove handle assembly, trim
cap and locking nut. Take out
existing cartridge and discard.
Replace with new cartridge and
reassemble.
Low water pressure
Quick connector is clogged with
debris.
Turn off water supply and
disconnect the quick
connector from the discharge
tube. Unscrew the quick
connector from the hose and
clean under running water.
Screw back onto hose and
connect back to discharge tube.
Test water flow. If water
pressure is still low then replace
the quick connector.
