- Pay attention to the minimum and maximum water
level marked on your BIOBOX. Always ensure that the
water level stays above the minimum and below the
maximum level.
- It is recommended to turn on the filtration system
some days before adding fish to your tank.

BIOBOX® AND MINI BIOBOX® OPERATING
PROCEDURE
We recommend you to put the filter in its place before
you start filling the tank.
BIOBOX®
1- Remove the filter and its components from the box;
2- Take out the filter media and the attached holder,
the heater, the pump and the other accessories;
3- Wet the suction cups and place them on the marked
circles on the back of the filter housing;
4- The BIOBOX® provides two fitting supports for the
aluminum frame of Aquatlantis tanks (see figure 1) and
two brackets to support the glass (see figure 2). If you
need to use the supports for the aluminum frame of the
tank, put them into the existing groove for this purpose
(see figure 3). Then place the filter in the brackets and
slide them sideways to allow its fitting on the filter (see
figure 1 once again).
Note:
Do not attach the suction cups to the glass of
the tank until the BIOBOX is hanging safely and
securely.
5- Place the pump in the compartment (see figure 4);
6- Choose a diffuser and put it on the outlet hose (see
figure 5);
7- Put the heather into its holder placed in the filter
compartment (see figure 4);
8- Rinse the EasyBox filter media in running water. After
this operation, put the filter media back into the holder
and push them into the filter compartment;
9- Put the filter cover on (see figure 6). Now your
BIOBOX filter is ready to be used!
MINI BIOBOX®
1- Remove the filter cover from the filter housing (see
figure 1 and 2);
2- Take out the filter media with the help of their holder
(see figure 3);
3- To access the EasyFlux pump, remove the separation
wall as indicated on figure 4;
4- To remove the pump, pull the diffuser to the interior
of the filter and push out the pump by pulling on the
outlet hose (see figure 5);
5- Proceed in reverse order to reposition the pump;
6- Remove the plastic packaging from the filter media
if necessary. Rinse them in running water. After this
operation, put the filter media back into the holder and
push them into the filter compartment;
7- The EasyKlim compartment is removable (see
figure 6);
8- Wet the suction cups and place them on the back of
the filter housing;
9- Put the filter cover back on. Now your MINIBIOBOX
filter is ready to be used!
SPARE PARTS
All Tecatlantis Filter components, such as heaters,
pumps and filter media can easily be replaced. Please
remember that the functionality of this product can only
be assured if you use original Tecatlantis spare parts.
WARRANTY
Aquatlantis guarantees the filter within the limits of the
present clause and of the current legal regulation. This
warranty is applied for 24 months from purchase only
against any manufacturing faults. No compensation for
any damage or loss will be granted. Any damage that
occurs due to a misuse of the product or any of its parts
invalidates the warranty. The returning cost of the faulty
product is to be borne by the purchaser. In case of
claiming your rights under the warranty, take the faulty
product to the shop along with this certificate duly
completed and the purchase receipt.
DISPOSAL
Dispose the product in accordance with the laws
in force. Protect the environment.
