11. LIMITED WARRANTY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This manufacturer's warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
The warranty is not transferable to subsequent buyers.
This warranty is subject to the limitations and exclusions detailed below.
11.1.
Warranty period
The period begins on the day of purchase and lasts:

Spas purchased before October 2021:

6 months warranty for the inflatable structure.

12 months warranty for electrical elements.

Spas purchased from October 2021: 24 months.
11.2.
Obligations of the buyer
The buyer must prove the original date of purchase by means of a purchase receipt, invoice or
installation receipt.
The shipping costs for transport to and from the manufacturer, dealer or authorized repair center are the
responsibility of the purchaser. All costs of dismantling or reinstalling the elements are the responsibility
of the purchaser. You may have to pay a service charge from the reseller. Factory labor is defined as the
labor required to test and repair components returned to the factory at customer's expense, provided
that the defective components are returned within the specified warranty period.
11.3.
Obligations, limitations and exclusions
The warranty is a limited warranty. It covers the spa itself for the period indicated. This warranty
disclaims or limits all other warranties, express or implied, except those warranties whose disclaimer or
limitation is not permitted by the laws of the state in which the product is used.
The manufacturer does not authorize any third party, including its agents, distributors or dealers, to
accept any other obligation or liability whatsoever. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any
claim for damages resulting from the use or inability to use, installation or repair of the spa, including,
without limitation, damage in transit, punctures, vinyl tears, water and/or drain charges, freeze damage,
water damage to surrounding areas, rooms, furniture or landscapes.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide sufficient access to the areas around the spa so that
repairs can be made properly.
