1.
Jack is designed to hold vehicle weight. Due to the high-precision internal seals, it may be difficult to initialise lowering if there is not
enough weight on the Jack. Ensure the red lever is fully depressed. Engage the hook at the lowest setting and stand on the hook while
depressing the red lever. Internal pressure may be a factor, depress the black pressure relief button. If escaping air is heard, this will solve
the issue.
2.
Ensure the black pressure relief button is fully dpressed during lowering. It may be necessary to rotate the jack body to release the
internal friction of the seals.
3.
Jack internal pressure is not balanced. Depress black pressure relief button and re-test. Jack breather may not have opened, depress
black pressure relief button to increase pumping efficiency.
4.
>2000kg/4400lb is being attempted to be lifted.
5.
In altitudes higher than 2000m/6500' above sea level, Jack requires more intervention to equalise internal pressures. Depress the black
pressure relief button while pumping to increase lifting efficiency.
