PREPARING THE MACHINE
Before using the machine, familia-
rise yourself with the controls and
operating abilities.
•
In every situation, the operator's entire body must be
completely inside the cabin, in order to reduce the possi-
bility of being exposed to any external dangers.
•
Before coming down from the tractor and before every
operation of maintenance and regulation, action the
parking brake, switch the engine off, remove the ignition
key from the dashboard and wait for all the mobile ele-
ments to stop.
•
The safety of the operator and those around the machine
depends on the operator's judgement and prudence in
using the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to know the
position and the functions of all the controls.
•
The machine must always be in a perfect state of opera-
tion and must be repaired with original spare parts only.
•
This agricultural equipment can only operate through
connection to an agricultural tractor equipped with a
tow bar, compliant with standards, and a hydraulic dis-
tributor with a relief valve calibrated to 180bar.
•
The equipment is particularly suited to direct sowing
and sowing on land which has been prepared (minimal
tilling or traditional tilling).
•
The machine can be equipped with various accessories.
•
The fundamental concept of "modularity" has been de-
veloped and combined with that of "simplicity", in terms
of both construction and "ease of use".
•
The hopper can be used as single tank to contain one
type of product (seeds or granular fertilizer) and, thanks
to an internal bulkhead, a double tank for the syn-
chronised distribution of two different products.
•
Seed distribution is variable, depending on the specific
requirements.
•
Working speed is determined by a combination of dif-
ferent factors such as: type of seed (weight and dimen-
sions), condition of the land.
6.1. CONNECTING THE MACHINE TO THE
TRACTOR
Make sure that only a tractor with a suitable configuration for
towing the machine is used.
During use, adjustments, mainte-
nance, repairs or movement, the
operator must use adequate per-
sonal protective equipment (PPE)
Connection operations to the
tractor could be dangerous. Be
extremely careful to carry out the
entire operation following the in-
structions.
