ADJUSTMENTS
To obtain correct seed density per hectare (Kg/Ha), the distri-
bution organs must be properly adjusted (gearbox, feelers,
graduated slide gates).
7.1. FEELER ADJUSTMENT
The adjustment lever of the feelers acts on a graduated scale
from 1 to 7.
On the basis of the type of seed used for sowing, position the
feelers according to the indications provided in the adjust-
ment table.
Correctly positioned feelers ensure fluid and constant seed
distribution.
To obtain the best seed distribution, check the position of the
feelers regularly, setting the lever to position 1 and checking
that they are all in the same position in relation to the sep-
arator inside the distributor. If this is not the case, correct the
error by acting on the screw
18
behind the distributor.

Do not adjust the feelers with the distributors full of seed.
If necessary, close the slide gates, empty the dispensers,
adjust the feelers and reset the slide gates as before.
