GOOSE inputs can be given a description. The user defined description are displayed in most of the
menus (logic editor, matrix, block settings etc.).

Description of the GOOSE input. This description is used in several menu
types for easier identification.
GOOSE events
GOOSE signals generate events status changes. The user can select which event messages are
stored in the main event buffer: ON, OFF, or both. The events triggered by the function are recorded
with a time stamp and with process data values. The time stamp resolution is 1 ms.
