4. Remove the parking brake handle for the Prowler models (if applicable)
located on the dash as well as the nine torx-head screws securing the
dash to the frame.
5. Plug the switch terminal of the Switch Control Harness into the winch
switch inside the dash. Locate the two-prong molded accessory plug
(with an orange wire and a black wire) located on the console harness in
front of the key switch inside the dash. Plug the switch control harness
into the molded plug.

NOTE: The switch control harness has two orange and black
two-prong molded plugs. Be sure to connect the one with the
orange wire pin plug on one side and the black wire receiver
plug on the opposite side to the console harness.
NOTE: The black wire pin plug is not used for this application. If
the black and orange two-prong molded plug is needed for another
accessory, it will be necessary to install Adapter Plug (p/n 0686-
131) which is not provided with this kit.
6. Route the switch control harness wires along the main vehicle harness
from the gauge in the dash and along the left-side of the frame. The
switch control harness wires continue back along the main harness and
enters under the operator-side seat with the red starter cable.
CAUTION
The parking brake handle must be removed for the applicable
Prowler models located on the dash or damage may occur.
