Troubleshooting

Remove the power cord plug from the wall outlet before troubleshooting.

Only a qualified electrician or an authorized specialist should eliminate troubles not de-

scribed in this Manual.

Important! Under normal operating conditions some sounds (working compressor, refrig-

erant circulation) can be audible.

The appliance does not work

The plug is not plugged into the 
receptacle or is plugged incorrectly

Plug the power cord into the 
receptacle

Fuse burnt or defective

Check the fuse, and, if 
necessary, replace it

The receptacle is defective

This problem shall be 
eliminated by the electrician 
only

The appliance freezes or cools 
foods too much

The temperature is too low, or «quick 
freeze» mode is on

Adjust the temperature 
control to the desired mark

Foods are not frozen enough

The temperature is set incorrectly

See the section «Setting the 
initial temperature»

The door has been open for a long 
period of time

Open the door only for the 
necessary period of time

Large amount of products have 
been placed in the refrigerator 
within the last 24 hours

Adjust temperature to a 
colder mode for a while

The device is located near heat 
sources

See the section «Space 
Requirements»

Too much ice and frost

The door is not tightly closed

Dry the door seal with a 
hairdryer (cold air). Shape 
the seal simultaneously 

correctly

Unusual noise

The appliance is not levelled

Adjust legs

The appliance touches walls or other 
objects

Gently move the appliance

One of the parts (e.g. the pipe on 
the back of the appliance) touches 
another part of the appliance or a 
wall

If possible, gently move the 
part

If the problem reappears, contact the service center.
