OPERATION
For best cutting performance
• The hair to be cut must be dry and clean.
• Before operation, the cutting head should be oiled always. For this,
use the supplied blade oil.
• Put the attachment comb required on the cutting head, the
adjustment attachment comb permit 6 position cutting length from
4to 30mm. (see illustrations above). Start with the largest position
cutting length first. And, if necessary, use a position shorter one.
• Switch the appliance on by moving the ON/OFF switch upwards
(“ON” position). We recommend to trim a small area first to
familiarize yourself with the attachment comb.
• Hold the trimmer against the hair, the teeth of the clipper guide
pointing upwards yet flat against the head.
• Move the trimmer upwards and out wards through the hair, a little
at a time, against the direction of hair growth.
• The appliance will work most efficiently when cutting through the
hair at its own speed. Never force the trimmer through the hair.
Never switch the trimmer off whilst in the hair.
• For longer hair on top of the head, use the long comb and lift hair
on top of the head, cutting over the comb, or hold the hair between
the fingers and cut to the desired length. Always work from the
front to the back of the head.
To outline
• Do not attach an attachment comb.
• Hold trimmer upside down and holding it gently against the skin at
the length desired, move downward.
Having defined the outline, gently hold the trimmer against the skin,
the teeth of the trimmer pointing up wards and move the trimmer
upwards against the direction of hair growth to the defined outline.
This will trim the unwanted hair adjacent to the outline.
