8. Cleaning and Care
Unplug the power cord from the mains outlet. Clean the motor unit using a
slightly dampened soft cloth.
Caution!
Do not use liquids to clean the motor
unit and the power connections. Do not use any aggressive, strong or abrasive
cleaning agents.
You can clean the blender jar, the lid and the blade unit in soapy water. The
blender jar and lid can also be cleaned in the dishwasher at low temperatures.
To clean the appliance quickly and immediately after use, fill the blender jar with
warm water up to about 60%, add some detergent and let the appliance run
briefly. Then remove the blender jar and shake it slightly. Make sure that you do
not shake too much, otherwise the liquid can come out of the bender jar. Finally,
rinse the blender jar and the blade unit with clean water until all the residues and
detergent are removed.
Allow all parts of the appliance to dry completely!
