8. Programs
You can select the desired program by pressing the menu button.
The program display changes each time you press the MENU but

ton. The various programs and their functions are summarized
below.
Basic (1)
For white and mixed breads made of wheat or rye flour.
Browning and weight can be adjusted and the time delay is
available.
Program duration: 2:48 to 2:50 hours
French (2)
For light breads made of fine flour.
Browning and weight can be adjusted and the time delay is
available.
Program duration: 03:18 to 03:20 hours
Note: Not suitable for baking bread with butter, margarine
or milk.
Whole wheat (3)
For yeast breads with a high content of whole wheat flour
(approx. > 50%).
Browning and weight can be adjusted and the time delay is
available.
Program duration: 03:28 to 03:30 hours
Quick (4)
Quick "1 Basic" mode. The bread is smaller and has a dens
-
er texture than the bread baked in "1 Basic" mode.
Browning and weight can be adjusted and the time delay is
available.
Program duration: 01:55 to 01:58 hours
Sweet (5)
For breads with large amounts of sugar, fat and protein.
Browning and weight can be adjusted and the time delay is
available.
Program duration: 02:51 to 02:53 hours
Note: Note that sugar, fat and protein may increase the
degree of browning!
Ultra Fast (6)
Very fast mode. The bread is smaller and coarser than
bread baked in the "1 Basic" or "Quick (4)" modes.
Browning and weight can be adjusted but time delay is
not
available.
