Before using the machine, first read the instructions for use and the followings war-
nings.

Before plugging in the shredder make sure that the voltage and mains supply corre-
spond to what is wrotten on the plate on the machine.

Do not use the shredder if the basket is not installed
•
Do not use the shredder if the basket is full
•
Unplug the power cable in the following cases:
a) before changing or emptying the shredded paper collection bag
b) before lifting the machine from the base
c) before any maintenance or repairs, touching the internal parts of the machine

Pay attention to the warning plate placed on the top of the machine to avoid pulling
jewelry, neckties or fingers
•
Do not allow children to operate the device
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Shredder can not be used by more than one person at the same time.
During shreddering documents, you can not carry out other activities related
to the operation (cleaning, etc.)
Do not allow children to operate the device. The device has been designed
for adults' needs and adapted to safe use and service only by adults.
Any repairs must be made by qualified service.
Keep neck ties or other dangling objects away from the device. Keep long
hair away from the throat of device.
Do not put your hands in the throat and the cutting knives.
In danger, switch the device off immediately.
Unplug the power cable before open the shredder.
Shredder is designed to destroy papers, credit cards and CDs. Destroying
other materials can damage to the device.
In case the device has a grounding plug, it must be connected to a groun-
ded socket!
Do not use areosol products or lubricants.
