Properties of the wireless expander WEx
The properties, necessary to be configured while adding a device, are written
in
bold
.
►General properties
Control of slave WEx – the period, upon which expiry, a signal about
communication fault with a slave expander in the case of lack of its con-
trol wireless signals, will be generated. The value of the period is from
1.5 to 15 min.
Access code to WEx – input/change of the access code to a wireless ex-
pander. An access code is stored in the memory of the wireless expander.
The code is produced by PU-R upon connection with a wireless expand-
er. To display the code, enter 4 digits from the keypad. To change a cur-
rent code of the expander into a new one, press the screen button

and enter a new code twice. After producing the current
code, PU-R will change the access code in the wireless expander.
Manual/forced bypass of addresses is enabled – options, enabled the ac-
tions of manual and forced bypasses of detectors.
Comment: manual bypass is turning manually control of disturbed or
tampered detectors off from the menu
Forced bypass is turning control of disturbed detectors automatically off,
when arming.
Prohibition of arming if there are tampers/faults – prohibition of the
wireless expander’ partitions arming, if there are tampers/faults.
Powering an expander, control АС/DC
– enable / disable control
modes of primary and secondary batteries supply.
