2.3. PRIMARY AIR REGULATION
To carry out this operation, you must light the burner to its maximum position
and observe the flame.
If a primary air regulation is necessary, proceed as follows:
Cooking table burners:
- Remove the racks and trays;
- Loosen the screw that fixes the primary air regulator of the burner;
- Activate the primary air regulator until the flame indicates good combustion;
- Tighten the fixing screw so as to immobilize the air regulator;
- Reassemble the parts, carrying out the operations in the reverse order.
The oven burner does not require primary air regulation.
2.4. MINIMUM REGULATION
The minimum regulation does not apply to the oven.
This operation must be carried out together with the regulation of the primary
air.
Light the burner by placing it in the minimum position and observe the flame. If
a regulation is necessary, proceed as follows:
- Remove the respective knob and with a screwdriver
loosen the adjustment screw of the tap, so that the
flame remains fixed and
in turn makes the thermocouple act;
- Check that by turning the tap pin quickly and
alternately between the maximum and minimum
position, the burner does not go off.
