Cooking table racks:
They should be washed with a cloth dampened in warm
water and manual dishwashing detergent, without using abrasive products that
could damage them. Dry and clean with a dry cloth. (After each use)

Stainless steel elements:
Clean with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth.
If some stains do not disappear, use a non-abrasive detergent, hot vinegar or a
mixture of plaster with alcohol. Whenever necessary use appropriate products
for cleaning stainless steel. (Weekly)
- Cleaning the interior of the cooking table must be done carefully with a damp
cloth so as not to damage the safety devices. Then dry all the pieces well.
(Weekly).
- If you spill liquids to the area below the trays, remove the racks and trays and
clean up as above.
- Every two weeks, do a general cleaning to remove grease and other dirt
accumulated during cooking. Do not manipulate the components of the gas
circuit, this work must be carried out exclusively by a certified technician.
- Annual technical maintenance is recommended, carried out by professionals
integrated in the gas installation entities, who must verify the general operation
of the appliance, the tightness of the gas circuit, the operation at minimum flow,
etc.
- The gas supply piping to the unit must meet the requirements
laws / regulations in force and should be reviewed and replaced if necessary.
