This Zone allows the programmer to allocate the Voice Messages to each voice channel as required. If Auto
Attendant is required, the messages 01~07 should be programmed as in the chart below. If Call Queuing is
required, message 17 should be in Item 1 and message 16 should be in Item 2. It is not possible to have both
Call Queuing and DISA together. If Call Queuing or DISA are required, messages should be programmed as
in the chart below.
