Fan speed may be noticeably different when the air filter is not being used. This will not have any bearing on
temperature or vapor quality, only fill time for balloons.
Replacing the Glass Heater Cover
If the internal glass part accidentally breaks there's no need to worry. it's easy to replace and replacement parts
are available for purchase. Contact service@arizer.com for assistance.
Warranty
The XO2 carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element and a limited 3-Year warranty covering parts and
labor costs against defects in materials or workmanship. Glass is not covered under warranty. Retain proof of
purchase for warranty service. Warranty is non-transferrable, valid from the original date of purchase and does
not extend or renew with service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user.
Arizer will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion. The warranty does not cover units damaged by
dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit, misuse or abuse.
Troubleshooting
If you experience an issue with your Arizer XQ2 send an email to service@arizer.com and an expert Arizer
customer service representative will reply as soon as possible to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
To expedite your service request please include a description of the problem. your full name. your shipping
address, the serial number on the bottom of your device, and a copy of your sales receipt.
