9. Adjust the bath lift chair to an ergonomic working
height. See Figure 27.

Raise Classic Line 2 bathtub, but make sure that
there is enough room for body parts between the
bottom of Classic Line 2 bathtub and the seat.
See Figure 28.
11. If the patient desires and is capable, there is the
option of folding away the back rest.
• Lean the patient forward and put his or her
hands on the driving handle.
• Move the back rest up and out of the way,
allowing the patient to recline against the back
of the Classic Line 2 bathtub.
12. Attach the footrest if needed. See Figure 29.
13. Bathe the patient.
14. Use the Air Spa System, if applicable. See Air
Spa system (optional) on page 17.
Shower patient
(13 steps)
1. After bathing, open the Drainage plug by turning it
clockwise and let the water out. See Figure 30.
2. Let the patient put his or her hands on the driving
handle and lean forward. Move the back rest to its
original position.

To avoid entrapment or pinching of
genitals, make sure there is enough
clearance during movement over the
bathtub edge.
